How long does it take to build a custom home in NJ?
Construction typically runs [X–X] months once permits are issued, plus time for design and township approvals. We give you a project-specific schedule with your estimate.
Can you work with my architect's plans?
Yes. We price and build from your plans, or connect you with architects and engineers we work with regularly.
Do I need a variance for an addition?
Only if the addition exceeds your zone's setback, height or lot-coverage limits. We check this during the lot review and handle the zoning board application if one is needed.
Can we live in the house during a renovation?
For additions and phased work, often yes. For full gut renovations we usually recommend moving out — it is safer and faster. We plan the phasing with you.
