The home
A new two-story house on a residential lot in Roselle. The front is white board-and-batten with two front-facing gables over a hip roof, black casement windows in white trim, and a standing-seam metal canopy over a black glass double entry. A charcoal stacked-stone water table carries into the stoop, which has bluestone treads and black metal railings. There is a one-car garage at grade and a paver driveway and walkway.
Inside: wide-plank floors throughout, an open kitchen with an island, an oak staircase off the entry, finished bathrooms with brass and matte-black fixtures, and a full basement. Out back, a composite deck with black railings steps down to the yard.
