Step 1 of 5
Every project starts on the ground: a site visit, a survey, a zoning check and a line-item budget before you commit. Then we stake the footprint, pour footings and foundation walls, and book each township inspection.
Step 2 of 5
Sill plates, floor joists and subfloor, then the walls go up with a header over every opening. Custom homes and ground-up commercial buildings follow this sequence, with one point of contact running the site.
Step 3 of 5
The second-floor deck, walls and gables, then rafters and roof sheathing. A second-story addition goes up the same way on an existing house, and we handle the structural engineering and zoning review that comes with it.
Step 4 of 5
Roofing, windows, doors and siding make the building weathertight so the interior trades can start. You get weekly updates and photos from the site, and a schedule we report against.
Step 5 of 5
Stone stoop and railings, the deck, pavers, plantings and fresh sod, then final inspections, the certificate of occupancy, a punch list and a warranty walkthrough. Then the keys are yours.
